Independent Director's Annual Work Report for 2025 (Han Xiaolei)
As an independent director of Guangdong Provincial Architectural Science Research Institute Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") on the third board of directors, I have diligently performed my duties in strict accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies, and the Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, as well as the Company's Articles of Association and the Independent Director Work System. I have acted objectively, fairly, and independently to safeguard the interests of the Company and all shareholders, especially minority shareholders. Below is my report on my performance in 2025:

(1) Personal Resume and Concurrent Positions
I, Han Xiaolei, was born in May 1964, hold Chinese nationality, and have no permanent residency abroad. I am a professor with a doctoral degree in Structural Engineering from South China University of Technology. Since June 1988, I have been employed at South China University of Technology, serving as a teaching assistant, lecturer, associate professor, and professor, currently holding the position of Director of the High-Rise Building Structure Research Institute. Since October 2020, I have served as an independent director of Guangdong Provincial Architectural Science Research Institute Group Co., Ltd.
