How do email alerts work?

Follow any SZSE-listed company and choose your notification mode: you'll receive an email the moment that company files a new announcement. Follows and email alerts are available on all plans, including Free — no upgrade needed.

Is there a plan for teams or firms?

Yes. The Team plan gives every member full Pro access — unlimited translations, AI chat, 300 credits/month, and email alerts — plus a shared team watchlist. Pricing is $19/seat/month with a minimum of 2 seats.

What counts as a release view?

Each time you read the full English translation of an announcement, that counts as one view. Browsing company listings and reading AI summaries does not count.

What is AI chat?

Pro users get a floating AI chat panel on every release and company page. Ask questions directly about the document or a company's announcement history — the assistant has full context. Each month you receive 50 free chat turns; additional turns cost 1 translation credit each.

What are translation credits?

Credits are a virtual currency used for on-demand services: premium AI re-translations (1 credit per 5 pages, minimum 1) and extra AI chat turns (1 credit per turn). Pro subscribers receive 300 credits automatically each month. Anyone can top up by purchasing credit packs from the dashboard.

What's the difference between machine, premium AI, and human translations?

Some older releases carry a machine-translated label — these were translated automatically when the feature was active. Premium AI translation uses a more powerful model for higher accuracy and is available on demand using credits. Human translation is professionally reviewed by a human translator and provides the highest quality for complex or critical documents.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade to Pro or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We do not store your payment details on our servers.

Is there a free trial for Pro?

The Free plan includes 10 full release views per month, which is a great way to try the service before upgrading to Pro.

What's included in the annual plan?

The annual plan is identical to monthly Pro — unlimited translations, AI chat, follows, and alerts — but billed yearly at $190, saving you the equivalent of two months compared to the monthly rate.
