1.Technological Advantages As of June 30, 2025, the Company had led or participated in the development of 285 national, industry, and local standards; obtained 609 patents and 445 software copyrights; and won 91 national and provincial/ministerial-level science and technology awards, as well as 295 bureau-level science and technology awards. Some of these achievements have become an important component of the Company's leading technical capabilities in the inspection and testing industry. On the other hand, it guides administrative authorities to further standardize industry management through standardization, informatization, and intelligentization, ensuring the healthy and sustainable development of the engineering inspection and testing industry. 2.Qualifications Advantages The Company is one of the leading institutions in China in terms of qualifications and capabilities for engineering inspection and testing and green building material certification. It is also the first certification body in South China to obtain green building material product certification qualifications and possesses the only National Green Building Quality Inspection and Testing Center (Guangzhou) and National Prefabricated Building Quality Inspection and Testing Center in South China. The Company has obtained comprehensive business qualifications, including the Inspection Body Accreditation Certificate and the Construction Engineering Quality Testing Institution Qualification Certificate. In January 2025, its subsidiary, Guangdong Provincial Construction Engineering Quality and Safety Testing General Station Co., Ltd., successfully obtained the first Comprehensive Qualification Certificate for Construction Engineering Quality Testing in Guangdong Province after the implementation of the "Administrative Measures for Construction Engineering Quality Testing" (MOHURD Order No. 57), covering parameters for nine special qualifications: building materials and components, main structure and decoration, steel structure, foundation engineering, building energy efficiency, municipal engineering materials, road engineering, and bridge and underground engineering. The Company has obtained accreditation for over 4,100 testing standards and 31,869 testing parameters. It holds a Grade A comprehensive highway engineering qualification and a special bridge and tunnel engineering inspection qualification issued by the Ministry of Transport, as well as Grade A qualifications for all five major categories of water conservancy engineering testing issued by the Ministry of Water Resources. It has also obtained qualifications for nine types of green product certification (Certification Activity One) and green building material product certification (Certification Activity Two) for 48 products across five major categories (currently 51 products across six major categories). 3.Talent Advantages As of June 30, 2025, the Company had 1,829 employees, including a high-quality talent team comprising experts receiving special government allowances from the State Council, doctors, postdoctoral researchers, and registered engineers, demonstrating significant talent advantages. Among them, there are 4 experts receiving special government allowances from the State Council, 68 senior engineers, 873 employees with intermediate or senior professional titles, 350 employees with various registered qualifications, 38 doctors and postdoctoral researchers, and 1,537 employees with bachelor's or master's degrees. Advantages in Instrumentation and Facilities The Company owns the first and currently two largest civil building wind tunnel laboratories in China, as well as first-class intelligent testing demonstration laboratories for construction engineering materials, human settlement environment laboratories, building fire protection laboratories, work safety laboratories, and ecological and environmental protection laboratories. The Company's testing instruments and equipment include an internationally leading sub-millimeter-level 3D intelligent road surface detection system, a self-developed super-large multifunctional curtain wall testing box, the first 5G intelligent testing vehicle in China's engineering construction field, intelligent testing robots, a step-type self-shifting self-lifting large-tonnage high-strain testing platform, and a bridge 5G intelligent testing system, among a series of advanced technologies and cutting-edge equipment. These technologically advanced laboratories and numerous self-developed instruments and equipment enable the Company to maintain strong competitive advantages in the inspection and testing industry. 5.Advantages in Engineering Practical Experience In recent years, the Company has undertaken inspection and testing technical services for large-scale key construction projects such as the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, Guangdong Science Center, Guangzhou International Finance Center, Canton Tower, Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport, and Shenzhen Ping An Finance Centre.
