Grandall Law Firm (Shenzhen) (hereinafter referred to as "this Firm") has been engaged by Suzhou Tianmai Thermal Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer") pursuant to the "Special Legal Advisory Services Agreement" to act as the special legal counsel for the Issuer's current issuance of convertible corporate bonds to non-specific targets (hereinafter referred to as the "Current Issuance"). This Firm hereby issues this legal opinion in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Measures for the Issuance of Securities by Listed Companies, and other laws and regulations, with reference to the "No. 12 Standards for the Contents and Formats of Information Disclosure by Companies Offering Securities to the Public—Legal Opinions and Lawyer's Work Reports" issued by the CSRC, and in accordance with the business standards, ethical norms, and the spirit of diligence and responsibility generally recognized in the legal profession.
This Firm hereby declares as follows:

This Firm has strictly performed its statutory duties, followed the principles of diligence, responsibility, and good faith, and has conducted sufficient verification and inspection of the Issuer's actions and the legality, compliance, truthfulness, and validity of the current application. This Firm guarantees that this legal opinion does not contain false records, misleading statements, or major omissions.

This Firm, based on current laws and regulations of the PRC and relevant provisions of the CSRC, expresses legal opinions only on facts that occurred or existed prior to the date of this legal opinion.

This Firm consents to the use of this legal opinion as a necessary legal document for the Issuer's application for the Current Issuance, to be submitted along with other materials, and assumes legal responsibility for the legal opinion issued in accordance with the law.

To issue this legal opinion, the Issuer has guaranteed to this Firm that it has provided all original written materials, copies, or oral testimony necessary for the issuance of this legal opinion, and that the copies are consistent with the originals.

For facts that are of vital importance to this legal opinion but cannot be independently verified by evidence, this Firm relies on certificates or written explanations issued by relevant government departments, the Issuer, or other relevant units.

This Firm expresses opinions only on legal issues related to the Current Issuance by the Issuer, and does not express opinions on professional matters such as accounting, auditing, asset appraisal, or internal control. The citations of data and conclusions in relevant audit reports, verification reports, and asset appraisal reports, as well as audited financial reports and other documents in this legal opinion, do not imply that this Firm makes any express or implied guarantee regarding the truthfulness and accuracy of such data and conclusions. This Firm does not possess the qualifications to verify and evaluate such data and conclusions.
This legal opinion is intended solely for the purpose of the Issuer's Current Issuance and shall not be used for any other purpose.
