Announcement on the Reappointment of the Accounting Firm for 2026

On April 21, 2026, the Company held the 19th meeting of the second Board of Directors, which reviewed and approved the proposal on the reappointment of the accounting firm for 2026. The Company intends to reappoint Xinyong Zhonghe Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Xinyong Zhonghe") as the Company's audit institution for the year 2026, pending approval by the shareholders' meeting.
