In 2025, Chengdu Ruidi Intelligent Drive Technology Co., Ltd. Guided by the Company's strategic goals, in 2025, the Company focused on various operational objectives and tasks, executing the annual business plan in an orderly manner. During the reporting period, all directors maintained a diligent and responsible attitude, leveraging their professional and management advantages to provide reasonable suggestions for the Company's development, effectively enhancing the Board's strategic decision-making capabilities, ensuring normal business management, and promoting the Company's sustainable and healthy development. In 2025, with excellent innovation capabilities, sound business strategies, and the collective efforts of all employees, the Company achieved good results in operating revenue. During the reporting period, the Company realized total operating revenue of 646.08 million yuan, a 4.91% increase compared to the same period last year. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 104.94 million yuan, a 4.01% increase compared to the same period last year, while the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 89.38 million yuan, a 5.00% decrease compared to the same period last year.
