1. Summary of Guarantee Situation
According to practical economic needs, Guangdong Feinan Resources Utilization Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangxi Feinan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangxi Feinan") recently signed a guarantee agreement with Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Pudong Bank") to provide a principal guarantee amount of 300 million yuan. The guarantee period will start from the date of signing and last for three years.
This guarantee item does not belong to related transactions, and there is no need to submit it to the shareholders' meeting for approval.
This guarantee item is not related to any transactions, nor does it exist in the form of counter-guarantees.
