I. Situation of the Board Secretary Ceasing to Serve as Financial Controller
The Board of Directors of Guangdong Feinan Resources Utilization Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) recently received a written application from Ms. Li Xiaojuan, Director and Board Secretary, to cease serving as Financial Controller. Ms. Li Xiaojuan applied to the Board to resign from her position as Financial Controller due to work arrangements, and will continue to serve as a Director and Board Secretary of the Company. This written application takes effect from the date it is delivered to the Company's Board of Directors.
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Ms. Li Xiaojuan holds 28,790 shares in the Company, which are restricted shares under the equity incentive plan, accounting for 0.0051% of the Company's total share capital.
