Legal Opinion on Major Contracts Signed by Fengzhushou Co., Ltd.'s Wholly-Owned Subsidiary for Daily Operations

Beijing Dentons (Guangzhou) Law Firm (the "Firm") has been entrusted by Fengzhushou Co., Ltd. ("Fengzhushou") to, in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China," and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guidelines No. 2 - Norms for Operation of GEM Companies (2026 Revision)" and other relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents, issue this legal opinion on the legality, truthfulness, and effectiveness of the major contracts for daily operations signed by Fengzhushou's wholly-owned subsidiary, Ya'an Yunzhi Computing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ya'an Yunzhi" or the "Wholly-Owned Subsidiary"), with Company A (hereinafter referred to as "Company A") for the "Computing Server Procurement Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Procurement Agreement") and with Company B (hereinafter referred to as "Company B") for the "Computing Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Computing Service Agreement").
To issue this legal opinion, the Firm's lawyers have reviewed and verified the relevant documents, materials, and facts concerning the major contracts signed by Fengzhushou's wholly-owned subsidiary.
In this legal opinion, the Firm's lawyers will, based on the facts occurring on or before the date of issuance of this legal opinion and the Firm's lawyers' understanding of these facts, express legal opinions solely on the truthfulness, legality, and effectiveness of the major contracts signed by Fengzhushou's wholly-owned subsidiary. The issuance of this legal opinion does not represent the Firm's lawyers' confirmation or guarantee of the full performance of the contracts by the parties involved.
The Firm agrees that the Company may use this legal opinion as the mandatory information disclosure document for the major contracts signed by Fengzhushou's wholly-owned subsidiary. It shall not be used for any other purpose without the Firm's consent.
Based on the foregoing, the Firm's handling lawyers hereby issue the legal opinion as follows:
