Verification Opinion on Expected Daily Related Transactions
Zhejiang Zhaoshang Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhaoshang Securities" or "Sponsor") is the sponsor for the initial public offering and ongoing supervision of Zhejiang Taotao Vehicle Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Taotao Vehicle" or "Company"). In accordance with relevant regulations, Zhaoshang Securities has conducted a prudent verification of the expected daily related transactions for 2026, as detailed below:
1. Basic Information on Daily Related Transactions
Based on business development and daily operational needs, the Company plans to engage in daily related transactions with the related party Plano Estates, LLC, totaling no more than $5.0386 million for 2026. The nature of the related transactions is leasing. For 2025, the expected total amount of daily related transactions with related parties is no more than $2.935 million, with the actual amount being $3.0824 million.
