I. Appointment of Deputy General Manager
The Company held the 28th meeting of the Second Board of Directors on March 30, 2026, and approved the "Proposal on the Appointment of Deputy General Manager." It was agreed to appoint Mr. Zhuang Wuying as Deputy General Manager (resume attached). His term of office will commence from the date of approval by this Board meeting until the expiration of the term of the Second Board of Directors. Upon completion of this appointment, Mr. Zhuang Wuying will concurrently serve as Deputy General Manager and Financial Controller (Chief Financial Officer) of the Company.
