1. Municipal Solid Waste Treatment Business The company mainly engages in the investment, construction, and operation of municipal solid waste incineration power generation projects through concession methods such as BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) and BOO (Build-Own-Operate). According to the concession agreements and other relevant agreements, the company provides municipal solid waste incineration treatment services to governments and enterprises in the waste treatment area and obtains treatment revenue. At the same time, the company utilizes the thermal energy generated from incineration for resource recovery. On one hand, it generates electricity through steam turbine generator sets, which is mainly sold to the grid to form electricity sales revenue. On the other hand, the company innovatively adopts an efficient green thermal energy utilization model in the field of municipal solid waste incineration power generation, providing stable and high-quality heat supply services to surrounding industrial enterprises and obtaining steam sales revenue. The company follows the concept of circular economy, continuously practices and successfully establishes a circular economy industrial park model. As one of the first national resource recycling bases and the first batch of "low-carbon (zero-carbon) environmental industrial parks" in the country, the Mianyang Circular Economy Industrial Park has established a circular treatment process centered on the municipal solid waste incineration power generation project.
