On August 29, 2025, the Company uploaded the application documents for the overseas listing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website. On March 6, 2026, the Company received the "China Securities Regulatory Commission Administrative Licensing Acceptance Notice" (SFC Acceptance [2026] No. 499) from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and the application documents for the overseas listing were accepted. The relevant information can be found on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website on March 10, 2026. The Company obtained the acceptance notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the overseas listing of its foreign shares (H Shares) (Announcement No.: 2026-028).
