About This Report
This report is the fifth Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report released by Yunnan Botanee Bio-Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Botanee," "the Company," or "we"), showcasing the Company's management measures and performance in sustainability for the year 2025.
Reporting Scope
The time frame covered by this report is from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "the reporting year" or "the reporting period"). Some content extends before 2025 and into 2026 to provide readers with a broader perspective. The social dimension data (such as employees, intellectual property, etc.) and financial data (such as operating income, tax payments, etc.) disclosed in this report cover Botanee, its wholly-owned subsidiaries, and holding subsidiaries. Due to the gradual improvement of the environmental data collection mechanism, the scope of environmental data in this report covers office areas, logistics warehouses, counters and stores, medical aesthetic centers, self-owned production bases, and some core supplier production bases. For details, please refer to "Appendix I: Annual Key Performance Table."
