2025 Annual Report of Independent Director
As an independent director of Xinxiang Ruifeng New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), I have strictly adhered to the provisions and requirements of the Company Law, Securities Law, and relevant regulatory documents, as well as the Company’s Articles of Association and Independent Director System. With a responsible attitude towards all shareholders, I have diligently and faithfully fulfilled my duties as an independent director, providing objective, prudent, and fair opinions on significant matters of the Company, thereby contributing to scientific decision-making and standardized operations. I have effectively exercised the independent role of the independent director in supervising and advising the Company, safeguarding the interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of shareholders, especially minority shareholders. I. Basic Information of the Independent Director
(1) Work Experience, Professional Background, and Concurrent Positions
Li Jianbo, male, Chinese nationality, without permanent residency abroad, a member of the Communist Party of China. Born in May 1971, with a graduate degree, MBA & Master of Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. From 1993 to 2006, he worked at Yantai Wanhua Polyurethane Co., Ltd. (the predecessor of Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd.), serving in various roles including Technical Manager of the Isocyanate Division, Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee, Director of the Preparation Office, Head of the Marketing Department, Overseas Project Manager, Investment Development Manager, and Deputy Director of the Logistics Center. Since 2006, he has served as Deputy Secretary-General of the China Polyurethane Industry Association and Secretary-General of the Isocyanate Special Committee.
(2) Independence Statement
During my tenure as an independent director of the Company, I have not held any position other than that of independent director within the Company or its major shareholders. There are no relationships that hinder my ability to make independent and objective judgments, and I meet the independence requirements set forth in the relevant laws, regulations, and the Company’s Articles of Association.

With a responsible attitude, I proactively understood and obtained meeting information and materials before meetings, gaining a detailed understanding of the Company's overall production operations and business conditions, thus preparing adequately for important decisions made by the board. During meetings, I actively participated in discussions and provided reasonable suggestions, playing a positive role as an independent director. The convening of board and shareholder meetings complied with legal procedures, and all significant operational decisions followed relevant processes, with valid resolutions. I believe that all proposals reviewed at the attended board meetings did not harm the interests of all shareholders, especially minority shareholders, and therefore I voted in favor of all proposals, with no opposing or abstaining votes.
