Mr. Wang Wenming, Ph.D. in Accounting from Hong Kong Baptist University, born in 1981, Chinese nationality, without permanent residency abroad. From August 2011 to June 2020, he served as a Senior Research Assistant, Research Assistant Professor, and Assistant Professor at Hong Kong Baptist University. Since June 2020, he has been a researcher under the "Hundred Talents Program" at Zhejiang University. He has served as an independent director at Hangzhou Botao Biotechnology Co., Ltd. from August 2020 to June 2025, and at Hangzhou Liande Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. since January 2024. He has been an independent director of this company since March 2022.
