Independent Director's Annual Work Report for 2025 (Fang Gang)
As the independent director of Hangzhou Yiwan Yichuang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), I have strictly adhered to the relevant laws and regulations, including the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Guidelines for the Governance of Listed Companies, the Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies, and the Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 2 for the Standardized Operation of GEM Listed Companies issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, as well as the Company's Independent Director Work System and Articles of Association. I have faithfully fulfilled my duties as an independent director, free from the influence of major shareholders, actual controllers, or other parties with interests in the Company. I have actively attended shareholder meetings and board meetings, providing reasonable suggestions for the Company's operations and business development, thereby fully exercising the role of an independent director and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of shareholders, especially minority shareholders. I hereby present a brief report on my work in 2025 to all shareholders and their representatives.
I. Basic Information of the Independent Director
(1) Personal Background, Professional Experience, and Concurrent Positions
Mr. Fang Gang, Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from Zhejiang University and Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of Lausanne, was born in 1970, holds Chinese nationality, and has no permanent residency abroad. Mr. Fang worked at the Sixth Research Institute of China Electronics Corporation and Hangzhou Daheng Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. from August 1992 to September 1995. From September 1995 to June 2001, he served as General Manager of Hangzhou Fanhua Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. From July 2001 to June 2004, he was the Marketing Director of Starry Sky (Hangzhou) Network Technology Co., Ltd. From June 2004 to April 2005, he served as the Marketing Director of the Call Center Division of Hang Seng Electronics Co., Ltd. Since April 2009, he has held various positions at Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology, currently serving as a professor and Executive Director of the MBA Education Center. He has been an independent director of the Company since October 2025. Concurrent positions include:

- Neither I nor my immediate family members or major social connections hold any positions in the Company or its subsidiaries, do not directly or indirectly hold shares of the Company, are not among the top ten shareholders, and do not hold positions in shareholder entities that own 5% or more of the Company's issued shares.
- I have not provided financial, legal, management consulting, or technical consulting services to the Company or its subsidiaries, nor have I received any undisclosed additional benefits from the Company, its major shareholders, or related parties, thus ensuring my independence.
