I. Resignation of Senior Management Personnel
The Board of Directors of CITIC Publishing Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received the "Resignation Letter" submitted by Mr. Wang Liang, the Company's Financial Director. Mr. Wang Liang is resigning from his position as Financial Director due to work adjustments (his term was originally set to expire at the end of the term of the Sixth Board of Directors). After his resignation, he will no longer hold any positions in the Company. Mr. Wang Liang's resignation takes effect from the date the "Resignation Letter" is delivered to the Board of Directors. His resignation will not affect the Company's normal production and operation.
