Announcement on the Implementation of the 2025 Annual Equity Distribution

Special Notice:

1. According to this announcement, Nanjing PharmaBlock Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has a total share capital of 233,807,341 shares. The number of shares held by the Company in the securities account is 836,090 shares. The shares held in the securities account do not participate in the distribution. This distribution is based on the total share capital of 233,807,341 shares excluding the 836,090 shares held by the Company, resulting in a base of 232,971,251 shares.

2. The implementation of this equity distribution is calculated based on the total number of shares (including shares held in the securities account) and the total distribution amount. Each share will receive a distribution of 2.789987 RMB (after tax), with the maximum number of shares being directly allocated, not exceeding five shares. The current distribution amount is based on the previous distribution announcement, which is 0.2789987 RMB per share.
