Legal Opinion on Adjustments to the Grant Price of the Fourth Phase Restricted Stock Incentive Plan
The Compensation and Assessment Committee held its fourth meeting, during which it approved the proposals regarding the adjustment of the grant price for the fourth phase restricted stock incentive plan, the achievements of vesting conditions for the initial grant's third vesting period, and the achievements of vesting conditions for the reserved grant's second vesting period, as well as the proposal to cancel certain unvested restricted stocks that have been granted. The company's board of directors' Compensation and Assessment Committee verified the adjustments to the grant price and the corresponding vesting list, and issued a verification opinion.
