The 28th Meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors of Beijing Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was held in person and via communication on June 10, 2026. The meeting notice was delivered by phone or email on June 5, 2026. Seven directors were entitled to attend, and seven directors actually attended. This meeting was convened in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Company Law" and the "Articles of Association," and was legal and effective. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Yang Yun Chun, Chairman of the Company. After deliberation and voting by the attending directors, the following proposal was considered and approved:
