(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is in the process of applying to issue overseas listed shares (H Shares) and to be listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Hong Kong Stock Exchange") (hereinafter referred to as the "Proposed H Share Offering and Listing").
On June 16, 2026, the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange held a listing hearing to review the Company's application for the Proposed H Share Offering and Listing.
