(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is currently undertaking the work related to the application for issuing overseas listed shares (H Shares) and listing them on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Hong Kong Stock Exchange") (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuance and Listing of H Shares"). The Company submitted its application for the Issuance and Listing of H Shares to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 5, 2025, and published the relevant application materials on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website on the same day.
