I. Contract Signing Overview
Recently, Mengcao Ecological Environment (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Mengcao Ecological"), Alxa League Weilai Grassland Ecological Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Weilai Grassland"), China Railway Third Bureau Group Third Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Railway Third Bureau"), and Zhongke Guang Sheng Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongke Guang Sheng") signed the "General Contract (EPC) for the 'Three-North' Phase VI Mengning Joint Prevention and Control Ulan Buh Desert Border Project in Alxa League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region" with the Alxa League High-tech Industrial Development Zone (Wusitai Town) Rural Revitalization Office (hereinafter referred to as "the Employer"). The contract amount is RMB 277,280,000. Among them, the contract amount corresponding to the Company as a member of the consortium is RMB 82,239,000, Weilai Grassland is RMB 109,652,000, China Railway Third Bureau is RMB 82,239,000, and Zhongke Guang Sheng is RMB 3,150,000.
