Suzhou Suda Weige Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held the 17th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors on March 31, 2026, where it reviewed and approved the proposals for the appointment of the Board Secretary and the Securities Affairs Representative.
Upon nomination by the Chairman of the Company and review by the Board Nomination Committee, Mr. Wang Zhi was appointed as the Board Secretary of the Company, and Ms. Zhu Hong was appointed as the Securities Affairs Representative. Their terms will commence from the date of approval by the Board and will last until the end of the current Board's tenure. Following the appointment of the Board Secretary, Mr. Zhu Zhijian, the Chairman of the Company, will no longer act as the Board Secretary.
