Beijing Baina Qiancheng Film and Television Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has compiled statistics on the accumulated litigation and arbitration matters of the Company and its holding subsidiaries within the twelve months prior to the date of this announcement, in accordance with the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules" and other relevant regulations. The relevant statistical situation is announced as follows:
I. Basic Situation of Accumulated Litigation and Arbitration
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules," the litigation and arbitration matters of the Company are calculated cumulatively over a period of twelve consecutive months and have reached the disclosure standard. As of the date of this announcement, the amount involved in new litigation and arbitration matters of the Company and its holding subsidiaries within the past twelve months has reached the disclosure standard, with a total amount of approximately RMB 219.1845 million, accounting for 10.83% of the absolute value of the Company's latest audited net assets. Among these, the amount involved in litigation and arbitration cases where the Company and its subsidiaries are the plaintiffs totals RMB 200.6133 million (including claims for damages and late fees, etc.); the amount involved in litigation and arbitration cases where the Company and its subsidiaries are the defendants totals RMB 18.5712 million (including claims for damages and late fees, etc.).
