The profit distribution proposal reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors is as follows: based on 860,677,197 shares (if the share capital changes, the total share capital on the equity registration date for profit distribution shall prevail), a cash dividend of RMB 3.80 (tax inclusive) per 10 shares will be distributed to all shareholders. No bonus shares will be issued (tax inclusive), and no capital accumulation will be transferred to share capital.
