I. Meeting Details
The Bank sent a notice regarding the convening of the sixth extraordinary meeting of the eighth Board of Directors for 2026 to all directors via email and written form on May 29, 2026. The meeting was held on June 4, 2026, at the Zhengzhou Bank Building, No. 22, Business Outer Ring Road, Zhengzhou City. A total of 8 directors were supposed to attend, and all 8 were present, with Mr. Liu Yatian and Mr. Xiao Zhixiong attending via video. Some senior management personnel of the Bank were present at the meeting.
