- Last Trading Day of "Hongchuan Convertible Bond": July 13, 2026
- Trading Suspension Date of "Hongchuan Convertible Bond": July 14, 2026
- Last Conversion Day of "Hongchuan Convertible Bond": July 16, 2026
- After the market closes on July 16, 2026, any unconverted "Hongchuan Convertible Bonds" will be mandatorily redeemed; upon completion of this redemption, "Hongchuan Convertible Bonds" will be delisted from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Holders of "Hongchuan Convertible Bonds" are hereby reminded to convert their bonds during the conversion period.
