By December 31st , 2025, the company's holding and joint-stock subsidiaries have a total operating tank capacity of more than 5.1844 million cbm and a total chemical warehouse capacity of 158,800 sqm. Guangdong Great River Smarter Logistics Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) is an and integrated and innovative petrochemical logistics service provider with a focus on providing full-scale warehousing services and other related services to petrochemical producers, traders and end-users, both home and abroad. The Company’s business portfolio mainly includes storage tank integrated services, chemical warehouse integrated services, transshipment and other services, logistical chain management services, and value-added services. 1. Storage tank integrated services: with its terminals, pipelines, storage tanks, and loading platforms, the Company provides customers with integrated cargo services throughout the whole process including loading, unloading and storage. 2. Chemical warehouse integrated services: with its chemical warehouses, loading equipment, etc., the Company provides customers with integrated cargo services throughout the whole process including loading, unloading and storage. 3. Transshipment and other services: including lightering, transshipment, direct discharge, ship replenishment, and other services unrelated to the storage process. 4. Logistical chain management services: with its superior operational and managerial capabilities, the Company provides customers with integrated storage and logistical services including storage agent and process control services. Among them, storage agent services include security during cargo storage, quality test, cargo rights supervision, storage entry and withdrawal services, etc.; process control services include time, loss and quality control services for the whole customer logistical process. 5. Value-added services: including smart customer service, cargo hold cleaning and wastewater treatment services, non-local cargo deposit and withdrawal services, etc. (1) Smart customer service: the Company’s smart customer service system enables customers to complete warehouse receipt registration and delivery and the online transfer of the cargo rights of stored cargo through electronic transactions. The smart customer service system provides customers with secure, efficient and convenient transaction services. (2) Cargo hold cleaning and wastewater treatment services: with its private terminals, the Company constructed floating cargo hold cleaning stations to provide liquefaction ships with professional cargo hold cleaning services; wastewater from cargo hold cleaning will go through receiving and storage facilities before sent to special wastewater treatment facilities and discharged if standards are met. (3) Non-local cargo storage and withdrawal services: with its extensive storage clusters and massive inventories at various locations, the Company provides its customers with non-local cargo deposit and withdrawal services for petrochemical products of the same quality and quantity to reduce customers’ overall logistical costs and raise customer operational efficiency. (4) Highway port service for hazardous chemical vehicles: In accordance with relevant national regulations and entrustment of government departments, it provides services such as qualification inspection, vehicle condition inspection, vehicle storage, emergency maintenance, vehicle refuelling, tank cleaning and other services for hazardous chemical vehicles entering the chemical park, as well as providing rest rooms and restaurants for drivers and escorts. Through continuous mergers and acquisitions (M&As), the Company has made parallel progress on the double tracks of terminal storage tanks and warehousing business as the primary business and chemical warehouse and storage business as the secondary business. Through synergy between value-added services and storage depots/storage areas, the Company has derived significant cluster effects, increased customer stickiness, and created a favorable business mode for corporate innovation and development.
