Announcement on the First Share Buyback of the Company

Yantai Zhongchong Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held the 20th meeting of the 4th Board of Directors on January 23, 2026, where it reviewed and approved the proposal for the share buyback plan. The Company plans to use its own funds and self-raised funds to repurchase part of its issued ordinary shares (A shares) through centralized bidding. The buyback price will not exceed 78.00 RMB per share, with a total buyback amount of no less than 100 million RMB and no more than 200 million RMB. The specific number of shares and the total amount will be based on the actual buyback quantity and amount upon completion of the buyback period, which will not exceed 12 months from the date of the Board's approval of the buyback plan. This buyback plan has been approved by the 20th meeting of the 4th Board of Directors. According to the relevant provisions of the Articles of Association, this matter does not require submission to the shareholders' meeting for approval.
