Dear shareholders and shareholder representatives of Tibet Gaozheng Mining Explosives Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"): As an independent director of the Company, I have diligently fulfilled my responsibilities in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies, the Articles of Association, and other relevant laws and regulations during the reporting period. I actively attended relevant meetings, carefully reviewed board proposals, and expressed opinions on significant matters, focusing on maintaining the overall interests of the Company and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders. Below is my report on the performance of my duties as an independent director during the 2025 term:

(1) Personal Information
Zhu Bo, Ph.D. in Accounting, Postdoctoral in Business Administration, Director of the Professional Degree Education Center at the School of Economics and Management, Southwest Jiaotong University, Associate Professor in the Accounting Department, Doctoral Supervisor, with research interests in management accounting, capital market finance, and accounting. A national public-funded visiting scholar at Stony Brook University, member of the American Accounting Association, awarded the titles of Overseas Study Talent in Sichuan Province and High-level Overseas Talent in Sichuan Province, and an expert reviewer for the Ministry of Education's thesis evaluation. From October 2013 to September 2015, served at Sichuan-Chongqing Tobacco Industry Co., Ltd. and Sichuan University as a postdoctoral researcher; since December 2015, has been a lecturer and associate professor in the Accounting Department at Southwest Jiaotong University; from September 2018 to August 2019, served as a visiting scholar at Stony Brook University; from June 2018 to March 2022, served as Deputy Director of the Accounting Department at Southwest Jiaotong University; since September 2025, has been the Director of the Professional Degree Education Center at the School of Economics and Management. Appointed as an independent director of the Company since November 8, 2024.
