I. Production and Sale of Civil Explosives Equipment Our company is committed to promoting an integrated service model for civil explosives, being a comprehensive service enterprise in Xizang Autonomous Region that encompasses research, production, sales, transport, and services in full industry chain. The production and sale of civil explosives products represent one of our company's main business areas, serving as an upstream segment in our blasting services. The main products include industrial explosives, electronic detonators, industrial fuse, industrial detonating cord, and electronic detonator chip modules. Overall, the range of civil explosives includes explosives and initiation devices, which are widely used in fields such as mining, hydropower, construction of transportation, urban redevelopment, geological exploration, blasting services, and national defense construction. Civil explosives operations generate a high gross margins, providing our company with substantial profits. Our civil explosives business and mining blasting operations exhibit a high degree of synergy, with mining remains the most critical application field for civil explosives, while also being extensively used in infrastructure, railways, roads, water conservancy projects and general constructions. II. Blasting Services The integrated service model for civil explosives, as a pivotal developmental direction in China's mining industry, has become one of our core businesses and primary sources of revenue. With top-tier qualification in general contracting for mining engineering and a first-class commercial license for blasting operations, we have established a complete mining services industry chain. Our business is divided into two main segments based on the mining method: open-pit and underground mining services. The open-pit mining services primarily provide large and medium-sized domestic mine owners with comprehensive services including mine infrastructure stripping, overall blasting design, blasting operations, handling and transportation of minerals, covering a variety of minerals such as coal, polymetallic ores, iron ore, and limestone. The underground mining services focus on providing construction and mining engineering services to large and medium-sized underground mine owners, involving the extraction of non-ferrous metals, coal, and iron ores. III. Transportation Services Gaozheng Transport Co., Ltd, as a dedicated logistics platform for our group, has evolved into a comprehensive logistics service enterprise integrating road transport of dangerous goods, general cargo transportation, warehousing services for conventional goods, domestic goods transportation agency, vehicle maintenance, armed escort services, armed guarding, security services, and labor dispatch. Leveraging the advantageous resources of our headquarters, Gaozheng Transportation has established stable cooperative relationships with civil explosives manufacturers, blasting companies, banks, hospitals, and the ORDINS, as well as military units stationed in Xizang. It has become one of the leading enterprises of road transport for dangerous goods across Xizang, as well as Xinjiang, Sichuan, Gansu, and Qinghai. Also, Gaozheng Transport Company has transportation and distribution service points in all seven regions of Xizang, and owns a fleet of specialized vehicles including the pickup truck for detonator transportations, 130-Type detonator transport Vehicles, the single/tandem-axle explosive transport trucks which are capable of meeting diverse needs of local market customers and providing them with quicker, more convenient and high-quality services. Electronic Detonator Chip Modules Gaozheng Yiyi Co., Ltd, as another dedicated logistics platform for our group, showing as a high-tech enterprise in Shanghai, holding over 60 related patents and software copyrights. It specializes in the R&D, production and sales of electronic detonator control modules; it has also independently developed a digital electronic detonator data management platform, which allows precise monitoring of the entire process of electronic detonator usage and initiation devices.
