On April 27, 2026, Zhejiang Zhongjian Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received a "Notice of Case Filing" (File No.: CSRC Case Filing [2026] 01120260014) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "CSRC"). Due to the Company's suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations, and in accordance with the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China," and other laws and regulations, the CSRC decided to file a case against the Company. For details, please refer to the relevant announcement disclosed by the Company on the Juchao Information Network and the China Securities Journal on April 28, 2026.
On August 12, 2026, the Company and relevant personnel received the "Preliminary Administrative Penalty Decision" (File No.: ZJ Penalty [2026] 19) issued by the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau"). The case of suspected information disclosure violations and non-compliance by Zhejiang Zhongjian Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongjian Technology or the Company) has been investigated by this Bureau. This Bureau intends to impose administrative penalties on you in accordance with the law. Hereby, the facts, reasons, and basis for the administrative penalties that this Bureau intends to impose on you, as well as your rights, are hereby informed.
