(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is primarily engaged in the R&D, design, production, and sales of garden machinery, serving as a significant manufacturer and distributor in China's garden machinery industry. The Company's products are mainly used for garden landscaping and maintenance, categorized into handheld machinery and wheeled machinery based on usage. Handheld machinery primarily includes chainsaws, blowers, hedge trimmers, brush cutters and grass trimmers, while wheeled machinery mainly consists of walk-behind mowers and riding mowers. As a key enterprise in China's garden machinery sector, the Company has been consecutively recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise. Through years of research and experimentation, it has developed core technologies in engines, mechanical structures, and electronic control systems. Possessing dedicated R&D centers for both gasoline-powered and lithium battery-powered products, along with a stable team of technical talent, the Company maintains a dual-track development strategy for both product lines. It has proactively invested in lithium battery product R&D, establishing a comprehensive product series including lithium battery-powered walk-behind mowers, brush cutters, and hedge trimmers.
