(hereinafter referred to as "Ruyi Film" or "the Company"), to further enhance shareholders' recognition of the Company's brand, and to allow shareholders to better experience the Company's services and products, the Company will soon launch the "Ruyi Film 2026 Shareholder Appreciation" event. The specific plan for this event is as follows: I. Event Time The event time is from July 1, 2026 (Wednesday) 9:30 to July 10, 2026 (Friday) 24:00, for a period of 10 days. If no application registration is made for this event after July 10, 2026, 24:00, it will be deemed that the shareholder has voluntarily waived the right to participate in this event. II. Scope of Shareholders Participating in the Event Shareholders who hold 500 shares (inclusive) or more of the Company's shares registered with the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited as of the close of trading on June 16, 2026 (i.e., the registration date of the 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Ruyi Film) are eligible. Specific Event Details To give back to the investors who have long supported the Company, eligible shareholders can obtain a movie ticket and merchandise voucher package worth approximately RMB 209.9 to RMB 609.9 at a price of RMB 1, and purchase a RMB 400 movie enjoyment card at a special price of RMB 200 (i.e., buy RMB 200 and get RMB 200 free).
