Sunflower Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") announces that on March 2, 2026, the 17th meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors was held, which approved the election of the Vice Chairman of the Fifth Board of Directors.

To ensure proper governance and enhance operational efficiency, the Company is committed to selecting a qualified individual for the role of Vice Chairman, with the term starting from the date of the meeting until the conclusion of the term of the Fifth Board of Directors.

Resume of Ms. Guan Yuzhi

Ms. Guan Yuzhi, a Chinese national, has no permanent residency abroad. Born in 1982, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from Jiangnan University. In 2012, she was awarded the Jiangsu Province Labor Model title, and in 2016, she received the Jiangsu Province Three Red Flags title. She has served as a representative at the 14th National Congress.

Since joining the Company in 2002, Ms. Guan has held various positions, including Deputy General Manager of the Marketing Department and General Manager of the Company. She has extensive experience in management and operations.

Currently, Ms. Guan holds 400 shares of the Company. She has no relationship with other Company directors or senior management, and her relationship with the Company is primarily as a director.

Ms. Guan is not subject to the following situations:

1. The Company’s articles of association do not prohibit her from serving as a director or senior management personnel.
2. She has not been disqualified from serving as a director or senior management personnel by any regulatory authority.
3. She has not been found guilty of any criminal offense that would disqualify her from serving in such roles.
4. She has not been subject to any administrative penalties by the regulatory authority in the last three years.
5. She has not been involved in any significant legal disputes in the last three years.
6. She has not been subject to any regulatory sanctions that would affect her ability to serve in this capacity.
7. She has not been involved in any significant violations of laws or regulations that would impact her eligibility to serve.
