After verification, it is confirmed that this meeting was convened by the company's board of directors. The company published a notice regarding the 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting on April 22, 2026, in the Securities Times and on the CNINFO website (http://www.cninfo.com.cn), announcing the time, location, agenda, attendees, and registration methods for the meeting, with the notice published 20 days prior to the meeting date. This meeting is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2026, at 13:30 in the A1815 conference room of Zanyu Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Address: 18th Floor, 702 Gudun Road, Xihu District, Hangzhou).
