I. Project Overview
From 2020 to 2021, Rainbow Department Store Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") signed lease agreements with five owners of Shenzhen Longping Rainbow Shopping Center. The Company leased floors 1 to 4 of Building 1 in Fortune City, located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Longping Road and Lanzhu West Road, Pingshan Street, Pingshan District, Shenzhen, for the establishment of a shopping center, covering an area of approximately 35,200 square meters. The Company leased approximately 14,500 square meters from one of the owners, Shenzhen Fortune City Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fortune City Company").
II. Project Progress
- The area leased by the Company from Fortune City Company includes 4,700 square meters of entrusted operating area from individual property owners. After friendly negotiation, the Company and Fortune City Company signed an agreement on March 19, 2026, to terminate the lease relationship between the two parties regarding the 4,700 square meters of property entrusted to Fortune City Company for operation by individual property owners. On April 7, 2026, the Company signed a supplementary agreement with Fortune City Company, shortening the expiration date of the lease for the remaining leased area to December 31, 2034. Concurrently, the Company signed a lease agreement with the individual property owners to lease their 4,700 square meters of property, with the lease expiration date set for December 31, 2034.
