Fujian Jun Li Law Firm has been entrusted by the listed company to appoint lawyers from our firm to issue this legal opinion regarding the proposed acquisition of 46% equity in Guangzhou Xinde Communication Technology Co., Ltd. by the listed company, in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Law on State-Owned Assets of Enterprises of the People's Republic of China," and other relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents, as well as the "Articles of Association." We have also adhered to the generally accepted business standards, ethical norms, and the principle of diligent and conscientious performance within the legal profession.

During the verification process, the lawyers of our firm have obtained the following assurance from the target company: the target company has provided the lawyers of our firm with all original written materials, duplicate materials, and other necessary materials related to this project for issuing this legal opinion, which are true, complete, lawful, and effective, and there are no omissions, falsehoods, or concealed information. The target company assumes legal responsibility for the truthfulness, completeness, legality, and effectiveness of the provided documents.

During the verification process, the lawyers of our firm have obtained the following assurance from the target company: the target company has assured the lawyers of our firm that the electronic texts, duplicates, or copies of the relevant written documents provided to the lawyers of our firm are consistent with the originals, and that the signatures and seals on the originals are genuine. All facts and documents that could affect this legal opinion have been disclosed to us, with no concealment or omission.
