During the reporting period, there were no material changes in the Company’s principal activities. Guided by the framework of “ICT Infrastructure & AI Application Solutions,” the Company’s core businesses center on network-communication infrastructure—represented by data-center networks and optical communications—and on AI application solutions, which span sectors such as information-technology innovation, the metaverse, the video Internet, smart spaces, and intelligent manufacturing. These offerings empower governments, telecom operators, internet companies, financial institutions, healthcare providers, media & entertainment firms, educational organizations, and manufacturers worldwide to advance their digital and intelligent transformation. The Company’s operations now reach nearly 100 countries and regions, fostering the global digital economy.
