As an independent director of Fujian Star-Net Rui Jie Communications Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), during my term in 2025, I strictly followed the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 1 - Norms for Operations of Main Board Listed Companies," the "Articles of Association," and the Company's "Independent Director System" and other relevant regulations. I have diligently performed my duties, acted with diligence and responsibility, fully exercised the independent role of an independent director, and protected the interests of the Company and all shareholders. During the reporting period, I diligently exercised the rights granted by law, attended all relevant company meetings on time, expressed opinions on relevant proposals or topics, and conscientiously fulfilled the duties of an independent director. The following is a report on my fulfillment of independent director duties for the year 2025:
I. Basic Information of Independent Director
(I) Personal Information Mr. Xie Bangsheng holds a postgraduate degree, a Ph.D. in Management, and is a non-practicing certified public accountant. He is a third-term accounting consulting expert, a high-level talent, and a leading management accounting talent in Fujian Province. He has served as an assistant lecturer, lecturer, associate professor, and professor at the School of Economics and Management, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University. He is currently the Director of the Accounting Department, Dean of the School of Business Administration Research Institute, and Deputy Director of the Professor Committee at the School of Economics and Management, Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University; and an independent director of Fujian Star-Net Rui Jie Communications Co., Ltd.
