- Fujian Star-Net Communication Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company," "Star-Net Communication") is publicly listing and transferring its 65% equity in Deming Communication (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Deming Communication") on the Fujian Provincial Property Rights Exchange Center (hereinafter referred to as "Property Rights Exchange Center"). After public bidding organized by the Property Rights Exchange Center according to prescribed procedures, a consortium composed of Chen Chengping, Ding Junming, Developing Technologies Limited, Shanghai Wozhida Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), and Tang Dawei (hereinafter referred to as "Consortium") was finally confirmed as the final transferee, with a total transfer price of RMB 477.1 million.
