As an independent director of Shandong New Beiyang Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in 2025, I strictly followed the "Company Law," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guidelines No. 1 - Normative Operation of the Main Board Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association" and other laws, regulations, departmental rules, and internal control systems. (I) Personal Basic Information
Qian Suxin: Born in 1989, a Chinese national with no overseas permanent residency. He is a second-level professor and doctoral supervisor in the Department of Refrigeration and Cryogenics Engineering at Xi'an Jiaotong University. He has been selected for a national talent program and has won science and technology awards from Shandong Province and Qingdao City. He is currently a professor at the School of Energy and Power Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, an independent director of Weihai Kraitfield Fan Co., Ltd., and an independent director of New Beiyang. He previously served as a research assistant at the University of Maryland and as a lecturer and associate professor at the School of Energy and Power Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University.
