- As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the Company's total share capital is 1,580,188,215 shares. The number of shares in the Company's dedicated securities account for repurchases is 3,475,055 shares. According to relevant regulations, shares held in the dedicated securities account for repurchases are not entitled to profit distribution. The Company's 2025 annual equity distribution plan is based on the existing total share capital of 1,580,188,215 shares, minus the 3,475,055 shares held in the dedicated securities account for repurchases, resulting in 1,576,713,160 shares. A cash dividend of RMB 0.32 (tax inclusive) will be distributed per 10 shares to all shareholders. The total actual cash dividend distributed will be RMB 50,454,821.12 (tax inclusive), calculated as 1,576,713,160 shares * RMB 0.32 / 10 shares. No bonus shares will be issued, and no capital reserve will be converted into share capital.
