Beijing Chinasoft Technology Co., Ltd. Announcement on Using Own Funds for Wealth Management

Special Notice: Beijing Chinasoft Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Chinasoft Technology") at its Sixth Board of Directors' Fifteenth Meeting deliberated and approved the "Proposal on Using Own Funds for Wealth Management." It is agreed that the Company and its subsidiaries, while ensuring normal operations and fund safety, will use a maximum of RMB 1.2 billion of its own funds for wealth management. This involves timely purchase of wealth management or deposit products sold by legally operating financial institutions that are safe, liquid, and low-risk. The period for using the funds is 12 months from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting. The amount at any point during the period (including related amounts from reinvesting proceeds from the aforementioned transactions) shall not exceed the aforementioned amount. Within this amount and period, funds can be rolled over. The Company also agrees to authorize the management of the Company and its subsidiaries to implement this.
This wealth management investment does not constitute a related-party transaction. In accordance with the "Articles of Association" and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guide No. 1 - Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," this proposal still needs to be submitted to the Company's shareholders' meeting for approval. Prior to this, the Company's use of temporarily idle own funds for wealth management shall still be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the previous resolution. The relevant situation is hereby announced as follows:
I. Overview of Investment Situation
