This report details the performance of Unite & Zhenqing Certified Public Accountants LLP (hereinafter referred to as "Unite & Zhenqing") as the company's 2025 audit institution, as well as the Audit Committee's fulfillment of its supervisory responsibilities, in accordance with the "Administrative Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

It was formerly known as Zhenqing Accounting Firm, established by the Qingdao Municipal Tax Bureau in 1994. In 1999, it was restructured into Zhenqing Accounting Firm Co., Ltd. In 2017, it integrated the accounting resources of Unite Tax Group and was renamed Unite & Zhenqing Accounting Firm Co., Ltd. In 2020, after approval by the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration for Market Regulation, it was converted into a special general partnership accounting firm and was included in the first batch of 46 accounting firms engaged in securities services filed with the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Unite & Zhenqing has a registered capital of RMB 12.2 million. It is a special general partnership enterprise with a unified social credit code of 91370200MA3TGAB979. Its registered address is Room 801, Block A, Hongsheng Yuan Center, Nanshan Street, Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cooperation Zone, Shenzhen. Its business scope includes: auditing enterprise financial statements and issuing audit reports; verifying enterprise capital and issuing capital verification reports; auditing services for enterprise mergers, demergers, and liquidations, and issuing relevant reports; auditing annual financial statements for capital construction projects; accounting consulting, tax consulting, management consulting, and accounting training; and other businesses as required by laws and regulations.
