Possession of Equipment Manufacturing Licenses China implements a strict license management system for the design and manufacturing activities of nuclear safety equipment. Applicants must possess a strictly standardized nuclear quality assurance system, reliable production capacity, and a proven track record of excellent supply. Manufacturing licenses are granted only after undergoing rigorous review processes by the National Nuclear Safety Administration (NNSA), including document assessment, on-site mock-up production review, and expert panel evaluation.
