Grinm Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is in the process of applying for the issuance of overseas listed shares (H Shares) and listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Hong Kong Stock Exchange") (hereinafter referred to as the "Proposed Issuance and Listing"). The Company submitted its application for the Proposed Issuance and Listing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 22, 2025, and published the application materials for the Proposed Issuance and Listing on the website of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the same day.
In accordance with the timetable for the Proposed Issuance and Listing and the requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Company updated and submitted its application for the Proposed Issuance and Listing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 27, 2026, and published the updated application materials for the Proposed Issuance and Listing on the website of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the same day. These application materials were prepared and published by the Company in accordance with the requirements of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as the "SFC") and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
