We have been entrusted by Greenergy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Greenergy Company") to audit Greenergy Company's consolidated and company financial statements as of December 31, 2025, including the consolidated and company balance sheets, consolidated and company income statements, consolidated and company cash flow statements, consolidated and company statements of changes in owners' equity, and the notes to the financial statements, in accordance with the Chinese Certified Public Accountants Auditing Standards. We have issued an unqualified audit opinion, Audit Report No. 441A014818, dated [blank].
In accordance with the "Supervision Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 8 – Regulatory Requirements for Listed Companies' Fund Transactions and External Guarantees" and other relevant regulations, Greenergy Company has prepared the attached "Summary Table of Non-operating Fund Occupation and Other Related Party Transactions of Greenergy Co., Ltd. for the Year 2025" (hereinafter referred to as the "Summary Table").
The preparation and external disclosure of the Summary Table, and ensuring its truthfulness, legality, and completeness, are the responsibilities of Greenergy Company's management. We have cross-checked the information contained in the Summary Table with the accounting information and relevant content of the audited financial statements that we reviewed during our audit of Greenergy Company's 2025 financial statements. We have not found any material inconsistencies. In addition to the audit procedures performed for related party transactions during our audit of Greenergy Company's 2025 financial statements, we have not performed any additional audit procedures on the information contained in the Summary Table. To better understand Greenergy Company's non-operating fund occupation and other related party transactions for 2025, the Summary Table should be read in conjunction with the audited financial statements.
